How this guide was built

We defined one hypothetical workflow for six buyer jobs, then mapped each through create, publish, capture, qualify or sell, nurture, manage, assist, and optimize. The same eight-field route contract was applied to every example. Product boundaries were checked against current official involve.me, ClickFunnels, HighLevel, and Kajabi documentation on September 16, 2026. These are reproducible design specifications, not measured campaigns or authenticated product tests.

What makes an AI funnel example complete?

A complete example explains the business decision and the evidence that controls it. The visible pages are only one layer. The specification must also show what is stored, what happens next, what cancels that action, and which event proves the route worked.

Use the eight-field route contract below before choosing software. If the saved context or stop condition is missing, the example describes an interface rather than an operating funnel.

Eight-field route contract for an AI funnel example
FieldQuestion the specification must answer
Visitor jobWhat decision is the person trying to make?
Entry promiseWhat useful result is offered before data collection?
InputsWhich answers, product choices, or events are required?
Decision ruleHow do the inputs change the path?
Visible resultWhat does the visitor receive?
Saved contextWhich evidence must follow the contact or order?
Next action and stopWhat happens now, and which event cancels it?
Success stateWhich observable event proves completion?

Example 1: service quote and recommendation

A home-energy consultant promises a planning range and recommended service. The funnel asks property type, region, annual usage, ownership status, project timing, roof constraints, and preferred outcome. A formula returns the range, while hard rules send unsupported properties to an explanation instead of a misleading price.

The record stores the response set, calculation inputs, result ID, range, source, consent, and route. Eligible visitors see the correct booking option. Other visitors receive a preparation guide. Booking, payment, opt-out, or manual closure stops the corresponding sequence. Measure completed eligible quotes and bookings that match the assigned route, not button clicks alone.

03

Example 2: B2B readiness diagnostic

A software team offers a six-question process-maturity assessment. Weighted answers produce three stable result IDs. High readiness leads to a technical workshop, middle readiness to a gap plan, and low readiness to a foundational checklist. A hard disqualifier can override the score when a required technical condition is absent.

The sales record keeps answer IDs, score, result version, organization details, timing, consent, and owner. If an answer changes, a new submission event replaces the obsolete route before another sequence begins. Success means the result, stored band, message, and assigned action all agree.

04

Example 3: high-consideration product finder

A commercial furniture supplier asks location, capacity, usage frequency, accessibility constraints, material preference, budget range, and delivery window. Eligibility rules remove unsuitable products before the remaining options are ranked.

The result presents one primary match and two alternatives with reasons. The contact retains the answers and recommended product IDs. The next action is a saved shortlist or specialist consultation rather than an unrelated message. Measure whether the chosen product remains eligible and whether the visitor reaches the intended consultation or quote state.

05

Example 4: fixed-offer checkout funnel

A course has one defined audience and offer. The path moves from problem and proof to curriculum, pricing, checkout, order bump, optional upsell, and access. AI can draft page structure and copy, but qualification scoring is not the central job.

Store product, order, payment, upsell, and fulfillment states. Payment confirmation, not a thank-you page view, begins delivery. ClickFunnels is the specialist lane in this comparison when checkout steps, order bumps, and upsell or downsell pages matter most.

Example 5: course and membership enrollment

A creator uses an opt-in page, a launch or evergreen sales sequence, an offer checkout, and a member onboarding path. The contact needs product entitlement and onboarding state more than a diagnostic score.

Kajabi is the specialist lane in this comparison when courses, memberships, communities, checkout, and delivery are the center of the purchase. An interactive assessment is useful only when placement or recommendation genuinely changes the learner's route.

Example 6: agency client intake

An agency standardizes intake across client subaccounts: business profile, service scope, channel access, approval owner, phone and messaging setup, domain status, permissions, and reporting requirements. Rules create tasks and access decisions rather than a consumer result.

HighLevel is the specialist lane in this comparison when subaccounts, CRM and pipelines, SMS, calling, white-label access, and repeatable workflows drive the decision. Its current pricing page lists three subaccounts on Starter and unlimited subaccounts on the Unlimited and Agency Pro plans. The agency can still use an interactive qualification funnel for its own inbound prospects.

Which platform family fits each example?

Apply the same route contract to every workflow, then choose the family whose native operating model matches the critical state.

Where does involve.me fit?

involve.me is the strongest connected fit in this comparison for the first three examples because each workflow must collect first-party answers, calculate or score, show a personal result, save the response context to a native contact, and run conditional multi-step email follow-up. Its AI Agent is documented as able to create the funnel with native building blocks and continue editing its layout, copy, logic, formulas, scoring, and recommendation rules after the first draft.

It is not the default winner for checkout chains, course delivery, agency subaccounts, or a full sales-pipeline CRM. Those jobs belong to the specialist families above. The correct choice follows the buyer job and the state the system must preserve.

How should these examples be validated?

Run at least one normal path, one boundary path, one disqualified or failed path, and one repeated submission. Compare the public result with the stored record and downstream action. Confirm that payment, booking, opt-out, correction, or manual closure stops any obsolete action.

Keep stable IDs for questions, results, products, and routes. Record the rules version beside each submission. A route-contract evidence map should connect every input to the rule it affects, the result it produces, the field that stores it, and the event that proves success.

InputStable question, product, or event IDThe original evidence is recoverable
RuleFormula, weight, branch, or override versionThe decision can be reproduced

StopBooking, payment, opt-out, correction, or closure eventObsolete actions are cancelled

11

What are the limitations of these examples?

These are hypothetical specifications, not performance benchmarks. They do not claim conversion rates, labor savings, or authenticated hands-on results. Real scoring, formula, product-eligibility, and routing models need domain review and testing against actual outcomes.

Product scope can vary by plan and configuration. Pricing is intentionally excluded because it is not required to answer this workflow intent. Recheck official documentation before implementation, collect only data with a defined purpose, and send corrections through the site contact page.

Field note

The decision in one paragraph

Start with the buyer's decision, then specify the inputs, rule, visible result, stored context, next action, stop condition, and success state. The platform family follows from that job, and the route-contract evidence map shows whether the workflow is complete.
